Transfers - Incoming & Outgoing

Signing and releasing players is part of Football. Like all other clubs, Blackburn Rovers hope to discover unknown gems or sign rising stars to fill in playing positions, and release unwanted or surplus players to other clubs for a fee. The club will also loan out players to other clubs to gain first team playing experience.

English Premier League clubs are only able to transfer players on a permanent basis during 2 periods in the year through FIFA, known as 'Transfer Windows'.
1) From the end of the playing season to 1700h BST 31st August.
2) 1st to 31st January (or to the Monday 2nd February if the 31st January is a Saturday)
